Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave in short intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the melted chocolate mixture, cocoa powder, flour and salt. Mix until combined.

Pour the batter into a parchment-lined baking dish. Sprinkle chopped chocolate on top for an extra gooey texture.

Bake at 180–200°C (355–390°F) for about 25–30 minutes. Adjust the temperature and baking time depending on the texture you prefer.
